Seller Charter
By listing on Strainwall, you agree to the following commitments.
Honest listings
Your photos, descriptions, and genetics must be accurate. Any misrepresentation results in immediate account suspension.
Fast shipping
You agree to ship within 5 business days of payment capture and to provide a valid tracking number.
Secure packaging
Items must be packaged to withstand transit. For seeds and TC, use airtight pouches and shock protection.
Communication
Respond to buyer questions within 24 hours. In case of a shipping issue, notify the buyer immediately via the platform.
Strain names
Use exact strain names without translation. Do not claim proprietary genetics without proof.
Prohibited items
Never list regulated substances, plant material intended for consumption, or counterfeit goods. TC listings must go through moderation.
KYC
To sell above the regulatory threshold, you will need to complete the KYC process. Unverified accounts may have volume limits.
Failure to comply with this charter may result in listing removal, account suspension, and escrow fund freezing. Strainwall reserves the right to amend the charter with 14 days' notice.
