Refund Policy
Strainwall acts as a trusted escrow service between buyers and sellers. In case of a dispute, the following rules apply.
Refund Timeline
All refunds are processed within 14 business days following the opening of a dispute and its resolution in favor of the buyer.
Conditions for Refund
- Item not received within the expected timeframe (EU D+14, Americas D+21, Worldwide D+28)
- Item not matching the listing description
- Seller failing to provide proof of shipment within 10 days of purchase
Process
- Open a dispute from your order page
- 48-hour mediation period — the seller may respond
- If the seller does not respond, the refund is processed automatically
- Strainwall arbitrates in case of disagreement within 5 business days
Exceptions
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the seller made an error
- Seeds, pollen and cuttings are collectible items — Strainwall does not guarantee germination
- Items damaged in transit are subject to a specific procedure requiring photo evidence
